HOA Dues are currently $130/month (paid quarterly) which includes the following five utilities: Water, Sewer, Garbage, Cable TV, and Telephone. Of the $130/month, $15.14 (11.6%) is budgeted for Reserves during the current 2012 fiscal year (July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012).
