HOA Dues are currently $130/month (paid quarterly) which includes the following five utilities: Water, Sewer, Garbage, Cable TV, and Telephone. Of the $130/month, $15.14 (11.6%) is budgeted for Reserves during the current 2014 fiscal year (July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014).  Dues are $145/month effective July 1, 2014 with 15% budgeted for Reserves.
