It was a perfect day for the 1st Annual Golden Vista Musical Fun Walk - overcast and breezy with pleasant temperatures. Nearly 300 walkers gathered in front of the main building to walk once, twice or three times around the park. There was music playing in each of the four corners to help the walkers keep their pace. A few raindrops fell but did not deter anyone from finishing the walk. After completing their walk, the walkers went to the ballroom for a great chicken salad lunch. The event was declared a great success by all who participated.
