RATTLERS KITCHEN BAND

The Rattler's Band at Golden Vista was established in the eighties. It normally has two shows in the Ballroom per season the first in January and the second in March.  The band was formed to play oldies and have fun playing the oldies with a kazoo attached to tea pots, funnels, and all sorts of kitchen items.  The Rattlers also plays on washboards, washtubs, pie pans, bowls, crutches with pots & pans attached, played with wooden and metal spoons.  Imagination is the only limitation.  The band is accompanied with a piano and drums to keep the melody going and provide special effects.  The Rattlers not only play but sing, however a good singing voice is not a prerequisite to participate with this group, they have lots of fun and always welcome new members.  If you are interested contact :  June at 2808, Jean at 2782, Sarah at 2527 or Lorraine at 2189
